There are times when you need a hard reset. Introducing Grounded, a luxuriously earthy, polishing soap infused with cypress, patchouli, and marjoram essential oils and volcanic clay revitalize your skin, leaving it feeling cleansed, detoxified, and rejuvenated. Crafted from high-quality ingredients, Grounded allows you to come back to yourself even when life may be volcanic. 

One summer, I decided I wanted to be a farmer and spent time living very close to Volcanoes National Park in Hawaii. I was surprised at how alive the land and ground felt in that area. Volcanoes are simultaneously places of birth and destruction. This bar was created as a reminder of how sometimes everything has to burn down for you to start over. The volcanic clay polishes and the patchouli, marjoram and cypress help to remember to connect with the earth. -The Alkimist

• Plastic-free & zero waste: All of our soaps are packaged using recyclable, compostable containers or paper wrapping.
• Organic & Natural: Our soaps are all made using handpicked and sustainably sourced natural ingredients. Quality really matters here and we wouldn’t use something for you that we wouldn’t use ourselves. The Alkimist is very particular ;)
• Cold-processed & handmade: Our soap bars are handmade (with love) using the cold process method. They are also hand stamped.  Each batch will vary naturally lending to the artisanal nature of our products.
• Palm oil free & cruelty-free: The Alkimist saw the devastation caused to humans and animals alike by the Palm Oil industry in Southeast Asia, so our products will never contain Palm Oil.  We never test on animals- just other humans!
